Joseph Giacomo Toscano (born November 11, 2017) is an American junior politician who is currently serving as the 58th governor of the state of New York. He is the first child to serve as governor of any U.S. state. Joey became governor of New York after he won the 2025 gubernatorial election unopposed. He currently lives in Albany, but previously lived on Staten Island.
