Sergey Ivanovich Petrov (born April 4, 2009) is a seventeen year old Russian boy from McGrathia. He is the biological son of Svetlana Petrov and the adoptive older brother of Lily Petrov. Since 2025, Sergey has been a member of the city council in Joetown, Arizona. He is a member of the Prohibition Party and wants alcohol and liquor to be banned from McGrathia.
Early Life and Family
Sergey Petrov was born on April 4, 2009, in Blagoveshchensk, Russia. As a baby, Sergey’s mother, Svetlana, divorced his father, Ivan Petrov. In 2021, at the age of twelve, Sergey immigrated with his mother to McGrathia and they became citizens. Joe McGrath, who was then serving as President of McGrathia, taught Sergey how to speak English.
In 2026, Sergey’s mother adopted a British girl named Lily Taylor, whose name was subsequently changed to Lily Petrov.
Joetown City Council (2025-Present)
In 2025, Sergey was elected to his first term in the Joetown City Council, succeeding Stephanie McGrath to her city council seat. He was re-elected in 2026.
Personal Life
Sergey currently lives in Arizona. He is an early graduate of Bishop Sycamore High School. He also drives a green car.
Controversies
Sergey supports the continued imprisonment of Dylan Z. Rutledge and Jayden F. Rutledge. He also an admirer of Russian President Vladimir Putin./Sergey supports President Putin’s conquest of Ukraine that began in 2022. Also, Sergey’s ersonal secretary, Joseph Charnock, is also only eight years old.
