Sergey Vladimirovich Putin (born April 4, 2018) is a Russian-born McGrathian junior politician who is currently serving as the Postmaster General of McGrathia since 2025 under the administration of President Richard Rakoto. He is the adoptive son of former McGrathian president Joe McGrath.
Early Childhood
Sergey Vladimirovich Putin was born on April 4, 2018, in Moscow, Russia. His birth was the result of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s affair with an unknown Russian women known monotonously as Tatiana. When he was only two years old, Sergey was attacked by a stray dog in Moscow. This incident is the reason why he is scared of his own blood.
Coming to McGrathia
In 2022, Sergey was adopted by Joe McGrath while he was three-years-old. Ever since then, he has lived in McGrathia.
Postmaster General (2025-Present)
In 2025, Sergey was appointed as postmaster general by President Richard Rakoto. He would be sworn in by vice president Carter Scott on November 23, 2025.

Family and Friends
Sergey is an adoptive member of the McGrath family, which includes his father, Joe McGrath; his brother, Michael McGrath; and his grandparents, Sean and Stephanie McGrath. He has no mother because Joe is not married.
Languages
Sergey is a native speaker of the Russian language , but he primarily uses English to communicate. He learned English after he was adopted by Joe. When he get angry or sad, Sergey starts speaking Russian again. Sergey cannot read the Cyrillic alphabet that the Russian language uses, but he able to read and write in the Latin alphabet that is used to write English.
