The 2024 McGrathian Presidential in Virginia took place on Thursday, November 7, 2024, as part of the 2024 McGrathian Presidential Election, where all 50 states, plus Joetown, participated. Voters in Virginia chose the electors via the popular vote.

Prior to election night, it was predicted that incumbent president Joe McGrath was going to win the state. However, on election night, the state instead voted for Robert Thompson, who won most of Virginia’s counties and independent cities. This made the state to close to call, despite Joe winning the election.

After Joe filed a lawsuit against the state’s governor, the McGrathian Election Commission gave the state’s electoral votes to Thompson. Eventually, the McGrathian Supreme Court ruled in favor of the state of Virginia. This made the Virginia results the most controversial part of the 2024 McGrathian election.
