Crown Fried Chicken is located in Downtown Joetown, near the confluence of Second Street and Second Avenue. Its a neighboring building to the Bixby Chocolate Shop, which is the largest confectionary in the United Joe Republic. Crown Fried Chicken is housed in a single-story building with counter-service and a dining room.
Besides fried chicken, the restaurant also serves pizza, seafood, salads, and gyros. All the food served at Crown Fried Chicken is Halal certified, meaning that it adheres to Islamic dietary laws. This is the only restaurant in Joetown that serves Halal food.
Due to its location in Downtown Joetown, which is a dangerous neighborhood, Crown Fried Chicken is often called a “ghetto restaurant” due to its location within the city.
Ownership
Ever since it opened in August 2026, Crown Fried Chicken has been owned by Michael McGrath, the son of President Joe McGrath. Michael’s involvement in day-to-day operations is minimal, but he is legally the owner of the restaurant. Ever since Crown Fried Chicken opened, Michael has been fighting the criticism of his restaurant as a way to save his business.
