Hill Valley is a town in the country of McGrathia. It serves as the capital city of McGrathia. As of July 2026, Hill Valley has a population of ten people in its borders.
History
Hill Valley was founded in 2018 by Joe McGrath, who later served as the first president of McGrathia. The town is named after the fictional California city of the same name found in the Back to the Future movie franchise. In 2023, Hill Valley was designated as the new capital of McGrathia.
Education
Hill Valley only has only one school: the Saint Dominic Academy.
Government
Currently, Hill Valley is governed with a strong mayor system of municipal government. The current mayor of Hill Valley is William Carter Scott, who is a member of the Republican Party. As the town is also McGrathia’s national capital, that means that President Joe McGrath resides here as well.
