Ethan Benedict Campbell (born May 17, 2018) is a child judge from McGrathia. Since 2026, Ethan has served as the municipal judge of the city of Joetown. He is the first ever child appointed to a judicial position.
Early Childhood
Ethan was born on May 17, 2018, in Providence, Rhode Island. As a baby, Ethan was adopted by his maternal uncle, Cincinnatus Walsh, who would move him into the newly-established tent city of Joetown Flats, which later became the city of Joetown.
Municipal Judge of Joetown (2026-Present)
In March 2026, Ethan was appointed by President Richard Rakoto as the municipal judge of Joetown. His appointment at the age of seven made him the youngest person in history to gain a judicial position.
Personal Life
Due to Ethan’s status as a judge, he is legally considered an adult by the McGrathian government. As such, Ethan lives in his own house and is his own legal guardian. He is also exempted from mandatory education, which means he isn’t forced to go to school. Ethan currently lives in a small house in Joetown.
