Interstate 57 (I-57) is a highway in the Midwestern United States. It begins in Chicago, Illinois, and it ends in Sikeston, Missouri. A separate version of Interstate 57 exists within the state of Arkansas. The Arkansas portion of I-57 opened in 2024 and is planned to connect with the original routing in Missouri sometime in the future.

Interstate 57 was designated by President Eisenhower in 1957. It began construction in 1961 and was completed ten years later. The highway serves as a bypass of St. Louis for people traveling from Chicago to New Orleans. Its route also parallels the former Illinois Central Railroad. The Arkansas portion runs from Little Rock to the town of Walnut Ridge.
