Chang (Born January 8, 2018) is a seven-year-old boy from McGrathistan. He is of Chinese descent though his father, and of French-Canadian descent from his mother. Chang is one of four kids who live in McGrathistan.
Early Childhood
Chang was born on January 8, 2018, in Lewiston, Maine. His father is John Ming, a Chinese-American entrepreneur from California. His mother, Charlotte St. Pierre, is a former school teacher who was born in Portland, Maine. Chang was born with no surname as his parents couldn’t agree on whether or not his surname would be Ming or St. Pierre.
Ever since his birth, Chang has had blurred vision. He cannot see without his eyeglasses.
In 2022, at the age of four, Chang and his parents moved to Joetown, the capital city of McGrathistan. Ever since, his family has lived in a mobile home within the city limits of Joetown.

Chang lives with his parents. He has no siblings.
Chang is best friends with Michael and Sergey McGrath, the two son of McGrathistani president Joe McGrath.

Chang’s favorite food is macaroni and cheese. He also likes Reese’s peanut butter cups.
Education
Chang is in first grade of elementary school. He attends the Saint Dominic Academy, the same school that his friends Sergey and Michael attend.
