Illinois’s zeroth congressional district is a congressional district in the state of Illinois. Its boundaries are confined exclusively to the city of Joetown. The district, which was created in 2024, is represented by Mahamat Deby. It is the only congressional district in McGrathia which is numbered as zero. As such, it is colloquially nicknamed as District Zero.
