Tuvalu is an island state of the country of McGrathia that is located at the midway point between Hawaii and Australia. It is part of the cultural subregion of the South Pacific known as Polynesia.

With a population of 10943 people on an area of 9.71 square miles, Tuvalu is the smallest state of McGrathia by both population as land area. The state itself consists of six atolls and three reef islands, totaling to nine islands. The atoll of Funafuti serves as the state capital of Tuvalu.

Tuvalu was originally settled by Polynesian explorers 3,000 years ago. In 1892, Tuvalu became a British colony. It gained independence from the United Kingdom in 1978, but didn’t join the United Nations until the year 2000. On April 12, 2026, Tuvalu was admitted to Union, becoming the newest state to become part of McGrathia.
