Chautauqua County is the only inhabited area in the country of McGrathia. One-hundred percent of McGrathia’s population lives in Chautauqua County. The county is located in the southwestern corner of McGrathia, between Lake Erie and the border with Pennsylvania. As of 2026, Chautauqua County has a population of 12 inhabitants. The county seat of Chautauqua County is Joetown.
