The 2024 Citizens National Convention was a political event in which delegates of the Citizens Party selected the nominees for president and vice president in the 2024 McGrathian Presidential Election. The event was held as the FedEx Forum in Memphis, Tennessee, from August 9 to 12, 2024.
The party’s presumptive nominee, incumbent president Joe McGrath of West Virginia, accepted the presidential nomination on August 12th. Joe Kennedy III, a former congressman from Massachusetts, accepted the vice presidential nomination. McGrath and Kennedy went on to win the election, defeating the Reform ticket of Idaho governor Robert Thompson and former Florida governor Charlie Crist.
