The South Carolina Workers Party (SCWP) is a communist party in the McGrathian state of South Carolina. It is the only communist party that is legal in McGrathia as of 2026. The party controls one seat in the South Carolina Legislature, which it gained after the 2024 elections. The SCWP’s goal is to elect the first communist president in McGrathia and abolish capitalism nationwide. The party itself was created in 2023 in Charleston, South Carolina’s biggest city.
