The 2020 American Election was held on November 3, 2020, to elect the President of the United States. Billionaire Mike Bloomberg of the Democrat Party defeated rapper Kanye West of the Republican Party.
Incumbent Democrat president Evan Bayh is term-limited, having served his two terms already. Under the endorsement of Bayh, Bloomberg was able to secure the Democratic nomination.
As of 2024, This is the last time that California, Hawaii, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Indiana, Virginia, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, New Jersey, Washington, D.C., New Hampshire, Maine, and Maryland voted for the Democrats.
